How we handle your information
This page describes which personal data iCEO ApS receives through this website, what it is used for, and what rights you have.

Data controller
iCEO ApS, company registration number 43173782, G.C. Amdrups Vej 14, DK-8200 Aarhus N, Denmark, is the controller for data collected through this website.
Questions about the processing can be sent to nr@iceo.dk.
What we collect
We collect only what you enter in the contact form: name, company, email address, telephone number, the subject you select, and the content of your message. Company and telephone number are optional.
The website collects nothing about your visit. There are no analytics tools, no advertising networks and no profiling.
What we use it for
The information is used solely to answer your enquiry and for the subsequent conversation about possible work together. It is not used for marketing, and it is not passed to third parties for sale.
Legal basis
Processing takes place under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, because the enquiry is a step prior to a possible contract, and under Article 6(1)(f), where our legitimate interest is answering an enquiry we were asked to answer.
Who has access
The website runs on iCEO ApS' own servers in Denmark. No hosting provider is involved, so operation of the website itself is not entrusted to a processor.
The enquiry is passed from the website to our business system at Microsoft, where it arrives as an email to the responsible consultant. Microsoft acts as our processor for that part.
Beyond that, only iCEO staff have access, and only to the extent needed to answer the enquiry.
How long we keep it
If the enquiry does not lead to work together, it is deleted after 36 months. If it does, the correspondence is kept under the rules that apply to the customer relationship, including Danish bookkeeping law.
The system that transports the enquiry also keeps a technical log of its contents for 28 days. The log is used for troubleshooting and is deleted automatically.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. Fonts and icons are served from our own server, and no third party content is embedded. That is also why you are not asked to accept a cookie banner.
If you open the client portal or a map link, you leave this website, and that provider's own terms apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to have processing restricted, to object to processing, and to receive your data in a commonly used format.
Write to nr@iceo.dk to exercise any of these rights. We reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, dt@datatilsynet.dk.
